The salt and pepper spare ribs would appear to be the stand out dish for this particular takeaway. Other dishes tried include, beef with cashew nuts which was a bit tasteless despite being overwhelmed by onion. Yung Chow fried rice which was good. Chicken Chow Mein which was good but lacked much of the usual veg associated with the dish. Veg spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce which lacked seasoning and the sauce was very sharp. Sliced crispy pork with ginger and chilli sauce which was okay.
